All services arranged through VÉRANT are subject to the availability of our third-party partners. While we make every reasonable effort to fulfil requests, we cannot guarantee that a specific venue, date, table, room, or experience will be available. Where a requested arrangement is not possible, we will endeavour to propose suitable alternatives.
Pricing
Prices quoted by venues, hotels, and other third-party providers are set by those providers and are outside VÉRANT's control. VÉRANT does not set, negotiate on behalf of, or guarantee pricing for third-party services unless expressly stated in writing. Final costs may vary based on the provider's own terms, seasonal adjustments, or other factors.
VÉRANT's own service fees are agreed upon separately and are distinct from any third-party charges.
No Guarantee of Outcomes
VÉRANT does not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or experiences. While we leverage our network and expertise to deliver exceptional arrangements, the final experience depends on factors beyond our control — including the performance of third-party providers, weather, local conditions, and circumstances of force majeure.
